Tom Nelson is a shareholder in the firm. Tom’s expertise combines an understanding of federal, state and local tax issues, organizational structures and the financing of real property transactions. He provides counsel to project developers, tax credit investors and syndicators, community development entities, and lenders from the Pacific Northwest and around the country.

Jane Nelson has more than three decades of experience handling numerous real estate financing, lease and acquisition transactions for clients including Home Depot, Nordstrom, and the Chelsea Property Group. Jane has worked with a large variety of local and national lenders, including banks and life insurance companies.

Dan practices transactional business and real estate financing with a concentration on the financing of community economic development projects. He represents community development entities, community/ institutional lenders, public development authorities, nonprofit corporations, and developers throughout the United States who seek to utilize tax credit-based financing.
